Almost a Year

I know it has been for ever that I don't write anything on my blog, but It has been a crazy year!! I went throught 2 school sessions taking 5 classes and all my house chores I really haven't had the time. Yann started his own business it has been a little slow, but we are surviving. He says this is his passion I hope he feels happy doing this!!! Liam now 3 and goes to primary, he loves it!!. He loves to sing and play with his little friends. Lea has become a little money jumping and claiming everywhere. We have plans to redo our patio, since it is all old and rutten.

Lea First birthday

So yeah time really flies, last week we celebrated Lea first birthday. It was a little funny when we started to sing for her, she almost cry, I guess she didn't realized we were celebrating, I guess she thought : why are u all staring at me ??. she looked so confused my poor angel.
We had a good time, my family and Yann's parents,brother and grandparents came, we missed Kristell and Aurelie with their families. Hopefully one of these days we could all get together and celebrate as a family.
This week Lea is going to start to go to daycare I don't know if it is harder for her or for me, it breaks my heart to leave her mmm..:( but I hope is just going to be for one year till I finish school.

A year ago

Today I was thinking about what I was doing a year ago well, I was in a hospital waiting to deliver my beautiful baby Lea. I feel so blessed to have her in my life, I just wanted to say how happy and grateful I am for my kids, they have brought another sense for living and a reason for becoming a better person. :)

Summer Update

So again super busy with my summer classes,kids, home-chores, church and trying to stay active FIEUU!!! So many things to do wow!! Well this summer has been great even thought we are super busy we are trying to enjoy the sun and the nice weather with the kids. We started this summer again with my mom's birthday, follow by mine which was AWESOME!! I went to see U2 concert and it was a blast !!!Yann took me to the Baton rouge Yummy and I was in the company of my family !!.
Yann still working hard as always, sometimes he was to work night so it gets a little hard at time but all is well. Liam loves to sing !!! he learn the vowels` song and he likes to sing it all the time, he also leaned je suis enfant de Dieu and it melts my heart to hear him singing it :) Lea ahhh Lea Lea still my little princess She is turning 1 in 2 weeks ahhh my little baby

Quick update

Well it's been a while that I haven't been able to update my blog so many things to say wow!!!First and most important thanks Heavenly father for Yann's new job after almost 4 months without a job, Heavenly father heard our prayers and he gave Yann 4 jobs Ahhhhh!! now we are going nuts with all the things Yann is going, or we are going because, according to him I am his assistant, so to add to my load of mom and student, I found myself with another job.But I'm not complaining I just trying to find a balance.
So Yann is hyper busy, Liam in the other hand is becoming a cute little boy so gentle and Intelligent, Wow he still not growing in height and wearing diapers, but he is a big kid to me.
Lea wow madame character and attitude, since day one she had an attitude and it seems that as she is growing older her attitude is growing with her, but she still a beauty. and me well, I'm trying to get through my classes,motherhood, calling and my "new assistant position" with patience.
So this is what's new with us... oh yeah we have a new addition to our family our new baby Hihihi our new mazda5!!

Happy Easter

Yeeey it's Easter !!!!I love this holy day because we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. I'm so grateful because of him we will have the opportunity to return to live with our heavenly father. I want to thank him for all the think he has done for us. This year at the chapel they gave us a DVD (finding faith in Christ) to give away. So I prepared little cupcakes and I wrapped up the DVD and we gave it to Leo our neighbor, he was very surprised, he didn't expect it hihihi He was happy. I just want to give thanks!! thank you thank you I'm so happy!!! Yeah!!!By the way Yann got a good job.

Butterflies go free

Today we had a great day at the Botanical Garden. Every year, they have a wonderful show of different kinds of colorful butterflies flying everywhere, so cool!! Liam and Malcolm, Liam's friend had a lot of fun looking at the butterflies,at the beginning they were so excited about it, but in Liam case he got frightened every time a butterfly flew close by him, poor Liam they were everywhere!!! they found also amuse all the little waterfalls all around the garden.

Lea she was looking everywhere, she even go to see a butterfly up close..


And off course the family picture demonstrating how afraid Liam was of butterflies, the typical Yann's pose always with his eyes closed, Lea favorite pass time and me all happy posing for the picture the only one looking at the camera.hihihi it was a nice day and we wrapped up at the Chinese restaurant yummy yummy.

Trying the impossible

So yes we are trying the impossible, I know I should have more faith that we can teach Liam to go to the potty, But so far it seems that nothing is working, we created a chart where he can put some stickers on if he goes to potty, we also bought him a super hero coloring book that he can only use if again he goes to potty, He loves super heroes!! I even went to the mall with him and asked him to pick his own underwear, it took forever for Liam to decide between cars and the super mini heroes,he kept on changing his mind, so cute he picked cars. Well so far he had an accident wearing his underwear.I hope that something will work :)

Cabane à sucre

Today was a beautiful spring day !! finally after all this long and cold winter. We went like very year to la cabane a sucre, It was so fun, Liam,Fabien and I can say Lea had lots of fun. Liam was so happy feeding the animals, he even got to ride a pony.I think in his little head he thought he was in a big race he was saying to the pony Go Go and he even say "Liam gagné" Liam won so cute.

Big Decisions!!!

Well,well,well I will back to school full time to finish my undergraduate program, I'm getting a year off work! Plus I just changed to administration and I added a manor in Human resources management. I feel so happy I thought I will never have the chance to finish, but today and angel clear my path and help to decide what was best for me and my family... I'm so grateful to my heavenly father, man he is always watching over me and my family even in hard times, when I lose faith and have no hope, He is always there. Even If Yann doesn't have a job I know that everything is going to be fine.

spring is around the corner

Wow!!! I'm so looking forward to spring and spring cleaning.. so many projects for this summer.. I'm planning on painting my kitchen table, do my garden and take two more classes for summer.
So far this year has been so difficult for our family, Yann hasn't found a job and he has a big debt to pay ..oh may so stressful, but I have seen his effort to find a job,but nothing.. I helped him sometimes and we have not received any calls. He is so desperate that he doesn't care anymore the type of job he can find... we are praying. On the bright side, Liam his growing so beatifully, he is getting so smart and he loves his little sister, he sings the Abc's in english so cute, the only problem for me is that he is not speaking spanish as I would like, but at least he understand everything I say :) Oh my sweet little lady, well she is so cute, we are having her first tooth coming so it has been a long sleepless week, she cries a lot... poor baby!!!

A NEW YEAR

So 2011 is here, I hope it bring us happiness and lots of great family moments even though as it is, it starts a little rough, with Yann without a job, with lots of debts, a mommy that is going back to school and feels terrible leaving her little baby once a week and a sick kid.
I truly wish a very very happy new year 2011 please..

 

 

 

Halloween

Lea two months

Last Saturday my little princess Lea turned 2 months old wow!! time is really flying.. I can't believe it!!! just yesterday I was going nuts with my big belly and now she not a newborn anymore :(

Aux Pommes

It's the end of summer and the leaves are slowly changing color.... and the season for apple picking has started. So we decited to star a family tradition. It was Liam and Lea first time and they loved it. Well at least I know Liam liked it, I don't about Lea she slept through the hole process. We brought the stroller thinking it could be a good idea, but what a mistake the apples were getting stucked on the wheels oh my :) it was funny ....

Liam is getting bigger!!!

Time flies 2 years ago Liam was a little newborn baby, today he is a two year old happy and active boy!!! wow!! I can't believe life is passing by so fast.
For his birthday I made him two cakes, one to share with his friends at the daycare and the other one to celebrate his birthday with our close family. They weren't perfect, but I made them with love. He has so happy singing and blowing out the candles....he had a big smile on his face wow!!! those are precious moments

Lea has arrived

It's been 2 weeks that little Lea is with us and she has brought so much happiness to our lives, I feel so bless to have her with us she makes me feel so happy and excited!!! She was born the 2 Aug. at 4:10 pm weighted 6 pounds and 11 onz. She was born at 37 weeks and 5 days.

So far.....

I just wanted to post an update of all the things that has happend so far in our lives...
Well Liam is 22 months going to 23 next month, no loving the water so much meaning, he is having a hard time going to the pool he is a little affraid, but he is getting used to it. Regine his gradmom takes him at least twice a week to the pool and so far so good.

Yann is busy as always, sometimes I feel I don't spend enought time with him, witch sucks, but that's life right, anyways he has his nights busy at the restaurant and the days busy with the insurance.

And me, what can I say waiting for my little Lea to come and joint our little family. I have been on mat leave for a week now and I find myself a little bored even if there is a lot of things to do around the house, to be honest I don't like to do house shore everyday so when I don`t want to do them I feel like going back to work and socialize with my friends and people.

Anyways I should not complain we had done a lot things this summer too..we went to the Zoo, we celebrated my birthday, we went to la plage St Zotique, my cousin Mateo is here. we eat out often and we are enjoing the weather.. so this is it so far.

Liam had a good time at the Biodome yesterday avec les Angulo. It was very cute to see the kids playing together... we had a good time :)

Summer again!!!

It's been 6 months that we are in our house and let me tell you!!! having a house it is so much work!! It seems I clean all the time and there is always something to do... But even though there is a lot to do, I'm gratefull to have a house :)

We are having a baby girl

We are so excited for the coming addition to our family little Leah we havent figured how are we going to spell her name yet, but we are very happy to know we are having a baby girl.

Update

Well we moved in the house and we are getting used to it, We like it,but we are waiting for summer so we can do some renovations !!!! Laim is 16teen months today he is getting so big, Yann is back to school and me well I'm a little sick but I will survive!!!

We found a house

We are so blessed we finally found a house just day before moving ... I just want to give thanks to our heavenly father for all his love he has for my family, because he is always there when we need him the most.

I sold my Condo and almost homeless

Cool we sold our condo in 1 week sweet.... wait not really we need to move the 10th of Dicember and we haven`t found a house...that's really stessful. what else can I say?
changing the subjet I think Liam had a fun halloween he got to be a cat and a colombian farmer. He looked so cute. About me well I'm back to work. It seems less fun than before, a lot has changed and Honestly I don`t like it that much. My hubby is sick Liam and Yann got the H1N1 vaccine and they are both sick I didn't get it because I was already sick. Well this is the update :)

Intense vacations

Well, summer is almost over, but it feels we never had one. anyways I can't complain we have done so many things that even if it rained we had a good time.
My family came from Colombia and we got to go around with them everywhere.. so cool we went whale waching in baie Saint-catherin close to Tadussac, we went to Saint-Paul, Quebec city,La ronde, Zoo Granby, The Biodome, Ottawa, cirque du Soleil and we visited Montreal. We really had a lot of fun..

My Summer class is Over

Well why can I say I finished my summer class...In a way I'm happy but at the same time I'm a little sad..I miss going to school, meet people and walk on saint-catherine stree where you can find a good slide of Pizza for 2$ and see lots of people.

Liam is getting so big... he crawls now and he is getting his upper teeth. He says bye bye with his hands .. so cute

Yann is working hard... I don't see him often sometimes he has to work at night so he is home around 9 or 10 at night.

Update

Well after an intence trip to the US we are back home, sad though we left the nice weather!! but that's fine summer is almost here.
LIAM has two little teeth and likes me to give him a little of whatever i'm eating, even icecream, oh yeah!!!
Yannou,is working hard as always sometimes I feel I don't see him a lot, but no choice he has to work, he is working at two places now, and he is very confident this time about what he is doing.
Me, Well I'm taking a summer class is very intence and hard sometimes, I had forgotten how hard University could get.. I'm not used to now, I guess life at home is more relax and less complicated it's is very easy to be that way. My friend Adry left to Autralia I feel a little bestfriendless, I hope she knows I will miss her and that she is a very good friend, a better friend than I am.. I really suck at that!!!
